Arthritis Treatment and Relief
Tips and advice for arthritis sufferers

Is Your Digestive System Weak?

A poor diet can lead to a weak digestive system. Lacking necessary vitamins and minerals can lead to an excessive amount of harmful chemicals such as free radicals. When there is not enough sodium to neutralise the free radicals, calcium is taken directly from the bone to do the same job, and so reducing bone density.

Eating the wrong foods can damage your digestive tract. This will weaken your digestive system and create intestinal permeability (this simply means your digestive system is becoming weaker, food does not get digested properly and other undesirable chemicals are able to enter the digestive system) which in turn causes even more allergic reactions and further harm.

With the added toxins in your body, your immune system goes into overdrive in an attempt to neutralise these toxins. This can make you even more sensitive to certain substances making you more allergic. Basically, your body is spiralling downwards out of control, this is a vicious cycle. In order to alleviate this problem, you must address your diet as a whole.
